IMPORTANT ü Please check the new SENIOR CLASS Web page for upcoming information about senior events. New information is being added weekly! ü Ask your senior if they have registered for graduation and paid their senior class dues. If you are new to CHS please see me after school to register for graduation and pay your $10.00 class dues. ü If you have not ordered your graduation items from Jostens you need to do that ASAP! Contact Jostens @ 540-387-4269. ü Jostens will be in the lower commons during lunch on Tuesday, May 6 to deliver graduation orders. If you have not paid for your items in full you need to bring cash (no checks will be accepted) to receive your items. Seniors whose names are on the debt list will not be able to pick up their graduation items until their debt is paid in full. ü If you have changed your mailing address and/or phone number please contact CHS. Important senior information will be sent out in early May regarding all graduation practices and events. ü If you have any further questions please feel free to contact Mrs. Beller after 1 pm. 382-5178.
Sept./Oct. 2007 Newsletter 2008 GRADUATION INFORMATION If your senior is participating in the 2008 Graduation Ceremony they should have completed the following: ü Paid their senior class dues ü Registered for graduation ü Ordered their cap and gown from Jostens Contact Jostens @ 540-387-4269 or www.jostens.com if you have not ordered your graduation 0items. Other graduation information: The date for graduation has not been set. As soon as we know, we will notify seniors in homeroom and place the information on the CHS web page. Each student will receive 10 tickets for graduation. Admission to graduation is by ticket only. If you need more tickets you will need to contact other seniors and see if they have tickets they are not planning to use. I hope this helps you as you plan for your senior’s graduation. If your family or guests require special accommodations during the graduation activities please contact me at school so I can begin making arrangements. There will be special floor seating to accommodate wheelchairs, but you will need to reserve those spaces. I still have some Class of 2008 T-Shirts ($10.00), our CHS blue water bottles ($8.00) and the CHS Blue Demon Bumper/Window stickers ($2.00). They all make great stocking stuffers! Paula Beller
