The Demon Football team had one of their best seasons
(2003) in several
years. Going 5-5 in the regular season, they went 6-0 over Radford, 14-0 over
Northside, 14-10 over Cave Spring, 21-14 over LB, 3-0 over Hidden Valley. They
lost to Salem, Pulaski, Giles, Blacksburg, William Byrd. The football team was
able to advance though the District but came up short to Rustburg in the Region
Game. (12-0)
