Class of 1990

Hello! Jeela Elizabeth (Bentley) Gokmen here. After graduating, I spent many years traveling and studying in Latin America. After earning my MA in Teaching English and Spanish, I worked stateside teaching Spanish in Boston for a few years. I then moved to Ankara, Turkey where I met my husband. This is Amy Lambert, and I was a 1990 graduate of CHS.  I am currently residing in the beautiful city by the bay of San Jose, CA, and work at Stanford University and I love it!  After graduation, I attended VWCC and the University of Oklahoma (go Sooners!).  I’m not married, because it’s not “legal” for me and have no children.  However, I have two great four-legged “step children” that keep me very busy!

This Sandy Layton (Estes) I live in Riner Va. I am married to Randall Estes we have 1 daugther Breanna she is 13 and is in the 8th grade at CMS, and a Cheerleader.  I worked for 7 years at CMS in Special Education, now I work part time. I have been Married for 14 years. I was an assistant coach for the 8th grade Volleyball team at CMS.

Hello all this is Sam Bower (class of 90) " The Silent Guy" I currently reside in Roanoke Employed by ASC rsp for dish network as a tech advisor. I am Divorced with 1 son Seth who is 6 years old. This is Ginger Linkous Cromer (Class of 1990). After marrying my high school love Tim Cromer (class of '87), I moved to Florida for almost 10 years and loved it there. We had twin girls, Cassidy and Kaylyn, April of 2000 and decided we wanted to raise our children at home with our families. Tim and I moved back to Virginia the summer of 2001. We are both educators. I teach Business at A.R. Burton Technology Center for Roanoke County Schools and Tim teaches P.E. at C.H.S. and is the head football coach. Needless to say we are cheering for the Demons every Friday night in the fall. Our two cheerleaders love to watch daddy's games and we have another child due this Fall. I look forward to seeing everyone at our next class reunion.

Jay and I have been married four years and have four children. And, no, we have not been "extra busy" in those years.  We have a blended family. Jay has a 12 year old boy and a 10 year old girl from a previous marriage. I have a 7 year old son from my previous marriage and together we have a little Jay look-a-like, who is three.  We live in Christiansburg. Jay graduated in 1994 from Virginia Tech.  He works for an engineering firm in Blacksburg as a professional civil engineer. I graduated from Radford University in 1994 with a B.S. in elementary education.  I now stay at home with our children.  I look forward to our next reunion.  I missed the 10 year.  Here are our e-mail addresses:

I reside in Christiansburg, married to Jeremy Williams (class of 1989), 3 children, daughter Madison and twin sons Oakley and Rally.  Formerly a paralegal for Montgomery County and Pulaski County Commonwealth's Attorneys Offices, now employed by Montgomery Regional Hospital in the Birthing Center.  Vice President of Christiansburg Fire Department Auxiliary, member of the New River Valley MOMS (Mothers of Multiples) Club.
